1. Ask "Is this meeting really necessary?"
2. Set a brief agenda.
3. Limit the number of participants.
4. State an ending time at the beginning of the meeting.
5. End the meeting with a statement of conclusions, required actions and assigned responsibilities for each particpant.
If we had less meetings we might DO more work!.
